A dollar

According to the World Bank, one-fifth of the world's people struggle to live on an income of less than $1 (U.S.) per day, and almost half live on less than $2 (U.S.) per day. War and corruption also can deny poor people access to food.

Affluenza

Is a term used to describe the unsustainable addiction to overconsumption and materialism exhibited in the lifestyles of affluent consumers in the United States and other developed contries. It is based on the assumption that buying more and more things can, should, and does buy happiness.
